The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday launched raids at multiple locations in Chennai associated with True Value Homes (TVH) Builders, as part of an investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
The searches, which began early morning, are reportedly connected to the builder’s alleged links with Tamil Nadu Minister KN Nehru. While the ED has not yet officially commented on the specific case prompting the raids, sources indicate that the action is part of a wider probe into suspected financial irregularities and money laundering.
